This box has similar flair to the Catoctin Classic and features our signature Canadian bacon. Our Canadian bacon is the cured, smoked eye of the loin— a flavorful addition to any sandwich or egg dish. It makes a wonderful replacement for our original smoked bacon at your breakfast table.

Thick cut, bone-in pork chops – YUM! You can taste the difference in our heritage pastured pork and these thick cut pork chops are everything. Bone-in makes for an incredible juicy chop. The gristle on the bone is our favorite part. All they need is a little salt and pepper or brine in ¼ cup of salt and water at least an hour before cooking for tastiest results.
