Catoctin Mountain Farm’s classic bratwurst is made with the perfect balance of finely ground pork and a curated spice blend. Great on the grill, skillet or oven these classic bratwursts are delicious on a bun with sauerkraut and mustard and also shine in hearty pasta dishes. It’s hard to eat just one. Each package includes 4 bratwurst. Ingredients: pork, sea salt, sugar, spices, garlic and onion

Our hot Italian sausage is spicy and delicious. Great for pastas and any Italian inspired dish or a perfect addition to the grill. The flavor is so balanced that it doesn’t need anything else to season. Each package includes 4 sausages. Ingredients: pork, sea salt, brown sugar, red pepper, fennel, anise seed

Our ground pork is a go-to staple in our home kitchen. It’s rich flavor and versatility makes it a great addition to tacos, meatballs,  sauces and Asian inspired dishes. It’s also a great alternative to ground beef.

Thick cut, bone-in pork chops – YUM! You can taste the difference in our heritage pastured pork and these thick cut pork chops are everything. Bone-in makes for an incredible juicy chop. The gristle on the bone is our favorite part. All they need is a little salt and pepper or brine in ¼ cup of salt and water at least an hour before cooking for tastiest results.
