Great on the grill, skillet or oven these classic bratwursts are delicious on a bun with sauerkraut and mustard and also shine in hearty pasta dishes. It’s hard to eat just one. Our hot Italian sausage is spicy and delicious. Great for pastas and any Italian inspired dish or a perfect addition to the grill. The flavor is so balanced that it doesn’t need anything else to season. Each package includes 4 sausages. Ingredients: pork, sea salt, brown sugar, red pepper, fennel, anise seed

Our ground pork is a go-to staple in our home kitchen. It’s rich flavor and versatility makes it a great addition to tacos, meatballs,  sauces and Asian inspired dishes. It’s also a great alternative to ground beef.

Thick cut, bone-in pork chops – YUM! You can taste the difference in our heritage pastured pork and these thick cut pork chops are everything. Bone-in makes for an incredible juicy chop. The gristle on the bone is our favorite part. All they need is a little salt and pepper or brine in ¼ cup of salt and water at least an hour before cooking for tastiest results.
