Catoctin Mountain Farm’s classic bratwurst is made with the perfect balance of finely ground pork and a curated spice blend. Great on the grill, skillet or oven these bratwursts are delicious on a bun with sauerkraut and mustard and also shine in hearty pasta dishes. Each package includes 4 bratwurst. Ingredients: pork, sea salt, sugar, spices, garlic and onion

Spicy and delicious, our hot Italian sausage is great for pastas and any Italian inspired dish or a perfect addition to the grill. The flavor is so balanced that it doesn’t need anything else to season. Each package includes 4 sausages. Ingredients: pork, sea salt, brown sugar, red pepper, fennel, anise seed

Our ground pork is a go-to staple in our home kitchen. It’s rich flavor and versatility makes it a great addition to tacos, meatballs, sauces and Asian inspired dishes. It’s also a great alternative to ground beef.

Thick cut, bone-in pork chops – YUM! You can taste the difference in our heritage pastured pork and these thick cut pork chops are everything. Bone-in makes for an incredible juicy chop. The gristle on the bone is our favorite part. All they need is a little salt and pepper or brine in ¼ cup of salt and water at least an hour before cooking for tastiest results.

Our pastured pork bones are filled with marrow and collagen – great for making homemade bone broths and soup bases. We love to make our own ramen broths. Great treat for dogs right out of the freezer.

Our raw, uncured, unsalted pork fat is a super versatile fat, both rich in vitamin D and monounsaturated fat. It renders into beautiful snow white colored lard for the flakiest pastry crusts for pies and tarts. You can also slice it thin for a flavorful addition to roasted veggies and leaner meats.
