In true permaculture design, our farm is covered in berry bushes.  We have the most of the farm’s name-sake, elder berries… coming in at about eight elder trees.  We also have black raspberries, blueberries, goumi berries, and strawberries.  Our intention is to make syrups, jams, and maybe some wine.  We’ll also sell fresh berries at our market stand.
